One Little Word 2024

I’m back! It can be so hard to get back into a routine after the holidays, but this year I’m really feeling it – thank goodness. I’m starting 2024 with my one little word, I know it might not be “trendy anymore (I see you over there with the ins and outs trend), but it’s a tradition here. My word for 2024 is GROWTH.

I’m trying to use this as a new perspective, a way of looking at both opportunities and necessary tasks as moments to grow. There are a lot of things that I’ve pushed off over the past year because they “just aren’t me” – but I know that they would be beneficial in the long run. A good example of this is making videos for all of you. I truly hate the way I sound on video, so I’ve avoided it almost to the extreme. I know that there is so much I can show on video that I just can’t write out. So this year I’m doing it – I’m diving in – and I’m being very intentional about looking at this as a way to learn more about the tech side of creating video, while also being able to connect in a brand new way.
