February Currently

I’m linking up with Farley at Oh Boy 4th Grade for February’s Currently! I love February, it’s full of fun, quick holidays (Groundhog day, Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, President’s Day) and it goes so fast.

Listening: I have a snow day today (yay!) and I actually got out of bed early enough to watch morning television. This is a big deal because I’m usually the queen of sleeping late, but I’m going to use every minute of this day!

Loving: This is the first big snow that we’ve had this winter and I love it! I always say that if it’s going to be cold we better have some snow to go along with it, so bring on the snow, at least it looks pretty outside, and I get to spend the day on the couch with my laptop and some hot chocolate.

Thinking: I hate to let a surprise like a snow day go to waste, so I have some big plans for today. I’m going to spend some time on this week’s blog posts, cut out some activities that I just finished, and hopefully take some photos so that I can share them with you.  When I get all the work done I’m going to bake Valentine’s Day cut out cookies and work out.

Wanting: To finish everything on that list! Wouldn’t that be a great way to start the week?! It’s a good thing that I started early.

Needing: There are a couple of big projects that I put off until February… well, it’s here now so I better get moving.  I’ve got two presentations this spring that I need to work on, and some editing to do on a big project that I hope i’ll be able to announce soon! You’ll notice that I didn’t put either of these things on today’s list… looks like I’m still procrastinating.

Pageant title: You’ve heard of Miss Congeniality,  well I could be crowned Miss Organized for sure! My planner for this month is super detailed, and I already have my Valentines for school finished. Bring on February!
