Do you give your students holiday gifts? I’ve gone back and forth over the years, and truly it depends on the group. Some classes work their way into my heart and I want to give them gifts, other groups need a little something special from me because I know that they may not have the greatest holiday season otherwise. On the other hands, I know that some groups won’t appreciate anything that I give them and it’ll end up in the trash. It is what it is.
