Easter Snack Supplies

Easter snacks should celebrate the colors of the season and illuminate the feelings of spring! When we’re talking about snacks for school we want to make them fun, but also watch for too much sugar and possible allergens. Focusing on how we package snacks can be the key to finding that middle ground between nutrition and fun. Here are the supplies that I like to keep stocked during this time of year (all links are affiliates).
Fancy Sprinkles edible glitter – This stuff just makes everything a little more fun. It can be sprinkled or brushed on top of snacks, or added to drinks for some extra shimmer.
Chocolate bunny container – The whimsy of a chocolate bunny, without the actually chocolate! Fill these up with any little snack, from cereal to jellybeans. An added plus, they’ll never melt!
Easter-shaped sprinkles – Add these to snack mix or use them to decorate cookies and cupcakes. The bunny, carrot, and egg shapes are sure to be a hit.
YumEarth jellybean packs – YumEarth snacks are wonderful from the classroom because they’re free from major allergens and packaged for easy sharing. Jellybeans are an Easter must-have, and these are always a safe option.
Peeps – It seems like you either love Peeps or you hate them. Personally, I absolutely love them – and the hit of nostalgia they bring. Wrap up individual Peeps to give as treats or use them to make s’mores in the microwave. I always share these with my class because they were a special part of my family’s Easter celebrations as a child.
Carrot-shaped treat bags – These are adorable, and kids will appreciate that they look like a vegetable on the outside, but aren’t necessarily holding actual vegetables. Fill them with anything from popcorn and pretzels to cheese puffs or goldfish.
Bunny-shaped marshmallows – Another great option for filling treat bags, these little marshmallows make a big impact with their pastel colors and bunny rabbit shapes.
Annie’s Bunny crackers – The fact that all different varieties of Annie’s snack crackers are already shaped like bunnies makes them a no-brainer for Easter. My favorites are the graham variety packs, but the cheddar bunnies would be perfect for filling a carrot-shaped bag.
Bunny snack cups – Snack cups are the perfect option for the classroom. They’re easy to fill, leave no worries about snacks rolling off tables, and can also be sent home. This bunny set is really cute too!
