Current Favorite Hobby Supplies

I have been leaning heavily into my own hobbies this summer, and I’m sure that’ll continue throughout fall and winter. I’ve found that I’m actually able to work on hobbies that take up less space and supplies – I can pick these up and put them down easier and faster so I actually get to enjoy them more often. Here are my current favorites, and the supplies that support them (all links are affiliates).
Embroidery floss set – I picked this up to make friendship bracelets with and have also been doing a lot of actual embroidery.
Book Journal – I’ve been really getting back into reading, thank goodness! Last year I challenged myself to read 52 books (one per week) but I didn’t quite get there. This year I’m well on my way and I’ve loved keeping a list of all of the books I’ve read that I can revisit and use to share recommendations.
Flair pens – I use these for everything from my planner to coloring. I can never have enough Flair pens!
Riley Blake Pre-cut Fabric stack – I still love quilting, but when I don’t have as much time these pre-cuts make a HUGE difference. Riley Blake always has the best combinations.
Glitter Air Pod Case – Listening to podcasts is one of my favorite things (I have to tune out the kid tv shows once in a while). This air pod case is so me.
A5 Planner Binder – I love to plan trips and travel, and I’ve been refining my systems for all of the paperwork that comes with travel (I can’t keep everything on my phone, I like to have hard copies). I picked up a little binder and it’s so cute that I don’t mind carrying it everywhere with me.
Coloring books – Coloring was my favorite activity as a kid, it’s something that I’ve always loved to do in the classroom, and I still love to pull out a coloring book when I’m watching tv. These color and frame books from New Seasons are the best.
