Best Christmas Gifts for Toddlers 2025

I love toddlers and I love buying gifts for toddlers. They’re curious about everything and they want to do it all by themselves all the time – this means that it can be really easy to come up with gift ideas for them, but there are definitely some things to keep in mind when buying Christmas gifts for toddlers. Here are my picks for 2025, all links are affiliates.
Bluey 10 Book set – Most toddlers are well acquainted with Bluey, and they’re familiar with all of these stories. This means that they can feel like they’re actually reading the books – and that confidence leads to little ones who WANT to read. These books are perfect for keeping in the car, sticking in a purse or diaper bag, and just generally having everywhere.
HABA Forest Friends Wooden Stacking Toy – I’m a huge fan of any of these chunky wooden animal toys, they can be used in so many different ways. This set can be stacked, which can turn it into a fun puzzle for family members of any age.
Melissa & Doug Play to Go 2-Pack – I don’t know who is on the development team at Melissa & Doug, but they hit the mark every single time! These two pretend play sets are made to use on the go, meaning that children can set up their own little food shops absolutely anywhere. These have just enough pieces to keep little ones busy without being something bulky to pack. In fact, they come in cups with lids so they can easily go in a backpack pocket or car cupholder.
Whiskware Snack Containers – If you’ve ever met a toddler then you know the important role that snacks play in their life. These snack containers are tried and true in our home, and we still use them regularly even though we are long out of the toddler phase. My favorite thing about them is how functional they are. I can pack three different snacks and my daughter can choose what she wants, or I can use just one or two of the containers instead of all three. I’ve also used them for craft supplies and tiny little toys on the go.
B. toys – Balance Beam for Kids – Toddlers have endless amounts of energy so I love to gift active toys that can be used indoors during winter months. These fun pieces connect so that children can create their own little obstacle courses to walk on, keeping them busy and moving for even longer!
LEGO DUPLO Bath Time Fun: Floating Animal Island – Toys that can be used in and out of the bathtub are always a win. This one is no exception. Little ones can build with the Duplos and then play with the pieces they’ve built.
Bluey Unicorse and Bob Bilby Plush Puppets – Puppets are always fun, and when they’re characters that children know and love that’s even more true. These two can keep the Bluey fun going and using them would be a great way to get kids and parents playing together.
Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Jumbo – Being able to draw all over a toy, play in the water while washing it off, and then doing it over and over again is kind of a toddler’s dream. Parents will be grateful for the time that their toddler is occupied, and the trusted Crayola washable-ness.
HABA Wooden Animal Playset – Play World at The Zoo – This playset it adorable! All of the little wooden pieces fit inside the box, which opens into a zoo scene – so the box can be used for storage, easy travel, and as part of the play!
Crayola 2-in-1 Doodle Board – If there’s one thing I know about toddlers it’s that they can fly through sheets of paper like it’s their job. This doodle board has a dry erase side, which will save trees for sure, and a sensory gel side for a different tactile experience.
