It’s time for a new planner!
One of my favorite things about July (besides my birthday, and the Fourth, and the gorgeous summer weather) has always been picking out a new planner. Yep, I’m a nerd – and proud of it! In Jr. High and High School I would get my school-issued planner and immediately start filling in important dates and color-coding pages. In college, I started creating my own planners to make sure that the pages were set up how I wanted them and to make sure that I would have enough room to write down everything that I needed to do. It’s Friday! This week I am especially excited because we are finally going to get away. We are going camping this weekend, with our usual camping buddies – my sister, her fiance, and our two closest friends. We are only going about an hour from home, but it is on the lake shore, and on tomorrow we get to go to Put-in-Bay. If you aren’t familiar with Put-in-Bay, it’s also been called the Key West of the Great Lakes, so the atmosphere makes it feel like we are far from home. Fighting burnout
Ugh. We all feel it, it’s spring, it’s been a LONG winter, and now that it’s finally nice outside we don’t have time to enjoy it. We’re too busy completing end of the year assessments, cleaning up classroom, and getting ready for end of the year celebrations. Who doesn’t love a sale!?
Teachers Pay Teachers has just announced that they have reached 3 million members! To celebrate this milestone they are throwing a SALE! This is pretty huge because Tpt only has 4 site wide sales all year.
